I was lucky enough to grow up with a father who told me wonderful bedtime stories filled with epic journeys of creatures large and small; stories that would touch you at the core and had deep spiritual and moral lessons that would resonate throughout the following days and years, even into my adulthood. The Three Feathers took me right back to those childhood stories. Three Feathers is a well-crafted, deeply rich story of friendship, loyalty, taking risks and finding yourself. It is a story that will resonate with both children and adults alike. Like many of the childhood stories my father told me, Three Feathers is one of those stories that has stayed with me long after I read it. I find myself referencing it, to myself and to others as I challenge myself to “reach beyond” myself and remember that my limitations “only exist in [my] mind”. A true gift! Thank you Stefan- you are a truly gifted writer and a deep and brilliant thinker.
“There are no limits to what you can do, my small but mighty friend. Remember this when doubt seems to cloud your mind. You can reach far beyond yourself. You can and you must. For there is more than hangs in the balance here than you and I can see.” ~from Three Feathers
